DUCO set to launch three architectural total solutions during Batimat
Batimat, the world's largest specialist trade fair for construction and architecture, approaches and with it come the new products. During this specialist trade fair which takes place in France, DUCO (Hall 6, stand G150) will showcase its latest three products in the field of ventilation and architectural solar shading between 2 and 6 November in the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.
With an estimated 2,600 exhibitors the Batimat 2015 exhibition centre will be a very well-attended event. This specialist trade fair, therefore, gives visitors a very broad-ranging and diversified view of all the current trends and developments in the building sector. DUCO will also be presenting many architectural innovations.
DucoSun Cubic Wood: a combination of sustainability, innovation and aesthetics
When developing the DucoSun Cubic Wood, DUCO did not lose sight of the ecological aspect and used sustainable materials. The wooden blades (sustainability class 2) are made from Western Red Cedar. In combination with the square blades that provide an aesthetic façade the DucoSun Cubic Wood is an architectural tour de force.
Gamma DUCO Door: the burglar-resistant and aesthetic louvre door par excellence
At DUCO, it is now possible to choose between three different door types -DucoDoor Wall, DucoDoor Louvre and DucoDoor Grille- to protect, amongst other things, technical rooms which require permanent ventilation. Thanks to a wide range of blades these doors are ideal for seamless integration into a wall with or without louvres. It is also possible to use the louvre doors as ventilating and as draught-free false louvre doors.
DucoSlide BiFold and QuadraFold: new trend in a world of architectural solar shading
DUCO developed a very dynamic form of architectural external solar shading. It concerns the folding panels which accentuate the frontage of any building and there is also a noticeable aesthetic difference when in the open or shut position. To block out the sunlight effectively, the manually operated panels are made out of solid aluminium blades or a perforated aluminium plate. In the DucoSlide range, there is now the choice to have either single (BiFold) or double (QuadraFold) folding panels so that a fitting solution is always on offer.
