About the Tower Warf

The Tower Warf in Liverpool was to become an eye-catcher in terms of sustainability. The four-storey building covers an area of no less than 48,000 m2. Located in the Wirral Dock system directly on the banks of the Mersey, the A grade office building kicks off the new enterprise zone of the Wirral Waters Regeneration project with style. An excellent BREEAM assessment was immediately the goal to be achieved.

Large areas of glass not only allow daylight in

The materials used in this building are restrained yet robust. The main part of the building was provided with large glass sections. These not only ensure a high supply of natural daylight, but also allow warm rays of the sun to enter the building.
