Online platform for installers to oversee and manage their portfolio of installations
The Installer Portal consolidates the installations fo all employees and provides an overview of the configuration, (service)documents and photos for each device.
In addition, the portal also provides insights into the status of devices:
- The current status with permanent connection via a Connectivity Board
- The most recent status during configuration via the Duco Installation App or service via the Duco Installer Service Tool.
The Installer Portal is part of the Duco Installer Platform and uses the same login credentials as the Installation App, Installer Service Tool and Duco Network Tool.

Via the Duco Installer Portal, you can:
→ Manage the overview of all installations by the company.
→ Consult photos, reports and the history of interventions.
→ Identify installations with errors or warnings.
→ Register devices online with serial number and address.
→ Approve DUCO accounts of employees.
→ Submit a service request.
For whom
Only companies in the HVAC and window industry are eligible for a verified installer account with access to the Installer Portal.
