Please note: A registration via DUCO HOME does not count towards obtaining this additional warranty. DUCO HOME is a tool for the occupants. The additional warranty you can obtain is the manufacturer's warranty and only towards the installer. As an occupant, you can consult your installer about this.
Where can I find the serial number?
The image below shows the serial number, which can be found on the inside (DucoBox Silent / DucoBox Focus) or top (DucoBox Energy Comfort / DucoBox Energy Premium) of the DucoBox.
